Colour
The use of colour can play a vital part in the recovery process from trauma and The Refuge Garden uses a unique understanding of colour, to re-build the circuitries of the brain.
We all instinctively use colour, in every part of our lives – in our homes and in our clothes for instances – without perhaps knowing that the true significance of colour lies beyond the physical worlds of everyday existence.
Colour fundamentally is an expression of different forces and energies, within the unseen electro-magnetic realms, and the seven spectrum frequencies represent the core energies which are fundamental to the brain, as energies and fuels with which it can begin to re-constitute itself.
The brain can therefore begin to repair itself through the re-engagement with colour, as each of the seven colours represent the fundamental coded pathways which can lead us back to a state of well-being and good health.
The Garden also uses individual and groupings of colours, which are known to have therapeutic and calming influences on the brain.
